color - silver with red handles
size - measures approx. 7-1/4" x 3-1/4" (tray only), 8-1/4" long (including handles), 2-1/4" (width of handles)
design - dragon and Asian scenes
Made in Occupied Japan
Condition:  Tray only (probably a condiment holder).  Good condition.  See pictures.
